Laura Bray, MS, ART, CMT is the owner of Transition Fitness & Sport Therapy, has a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and holds current certifications as a Certified Massage Therapist, Active Release Techniques® (ART) provider and National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer. Laura has always enjoyed biomechanics – the watching & analyzing how people move. Her goal as a practitioner is to keep people active in their workplace, leisure & sporting activities. She accomplishes this by using a unique blend of biomechanical analysis, massage, NMR, Active Release Techniques® (ART), and functional exercise training.

Laura teaches Postural Training and Injury Recovery & Prevention workshops to Bay Area groups, and has volunteered with groups such as Aids Lifecycle Training, The Breast Cancer Fund’s Climb Against the Odds and See Jane Run Triathlon Program and ART® provider for athletes at Ironman Hawaii. She is an avid golfer, kayaker and water-skiier, a marathon finisher as well as an experienced triathlete completing triathlons including PacGrove, Santa Cruz Sentinnel, Escape from Alcatraz, Vineman and Ironman Canada.
