FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES address your stability, strength and flexibility needs. Using our knowledge of biomechanics and requirements of specific sports, we incorporate balance, stability, and progressive training to accomplish our goals. We will also teach you movement principles to “tweak” regular exercises and create new ones tailored to your specific needs.
